Dr. Raul Llanos
graduated from the University del
Valle in Colombia South America in
1971. He worked for the Colombian
government in the rural regions of
the country for one year as a general
practitioner. In his second rotating
internship, he went to the Lutheran
Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio,
which was affiliated with the Cleveland
Metropolitan General Hospital. He later completed
his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
thru the Tulane Medical School at
Charity Hospital in New Orleans. Following
a successful completion of his residency,
he became an instructor at the Department
of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the
Tulane Medical School and since has
been in private practice. Currently
he is a Clinical Assistant Professor
at the Department of Obstetrics and
Gynecology at Tulane Medical School. Dr. Llanos
has written multiple articles for
local and national journals, magazines
and newspapers and has been a guest
on various local radio shows and national
television programs.Since his early
childhood, Dr. Raul Llanos has always
wanted to be a physician and has had
a passion in discovering a higher
stage of well-being. He has had a
great interest in the deeper meaning
of: who we are?, where we are coming
from? and where we are going to be? Always wanting
to improve the quality of
life of his patients, he
has offered traditional as
well as alternative healing
techniques. The center offers
courses in Creating Health,
Primordial Sound Meditation
and The Magic of Healing.
These courses give a better
understanding of how the
body is integrated physically,
mentally, emotionally and
spiritually. He has been
personally trained and certified
